About Us
Cindy Marshall is the backbone of
Milady Home and Cottage Maintenance. After being laid off as a tractor-trailer driver, Cindy was inspired to start a new
life, a new profession. Her wide variety of skills in home repair and the eagerness to take on new challenges were the
driving factors that influenced her desire to tap into a predominantly male profession. After experiencing "sloppy"
attitudes from some trades people, whether it be failing to return phone calls, showing little
respect for home interiors, or speaking in "construction-ese" rather than english, Cindy felt she could do better!

Maintenance has a vision to offer unlimited
opportunity to women in trades.
Our
goal is to embrace the employment of women within our business,
in turn Milady Home and Cottage Maintenance is women supporting
